The Ålands Islands Peace Institute arranges seminars, conferences, lectures and discussions both on Åland and elsewhere on issues related to the work of the Peace Institute. Some of these activities are arranged in co-operation with other organisations. Some of the seminars are aimed at the Åland public, others at a broader, international audience.

Seminars directed at the Åland public often focus on questions of minorities, self-government and security or other issues of concern for Åland that are related to those.
